Items delivered to these postcode prefixes under the value of £20.00 will be post free, over £20.00 there will be a £6.00 surcharge (irrespective of weight) for a 48 hour service

Making A Purchase
Placing an order on our website could not be easier. Browse through our website, click on any items that you wish to buy and click on the ‘add to cart’ icon to add them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept Visa, Visa/Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. We can also process your order by phone; please call 01858 410233 and we can take your details. Orders can be placed from 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Fridays. Please have your order details and credit/debit card details available. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta. You can alternatively send your order via fax – 01858 467141. Your order is important to us! The order will be processed the next working day, and subject to availability, our policy to the Customer is to ensure your goods arrive within 4 - 5 working days, although in most cases this will be within 48 hours. If, however you require an urgent delivery, we offer a 24-hour priority service (Subject to stock) for a small surcharge.
Please note - orders despatched via carrier will be delivered ONLY during Monday through to Friday; we do not currently operate a Saturday delivery service.
Please inspect your items on delivery to ensure they have been received in perfect condition. Any claims for shortages/damaged goods must be reported to Willen Limited within 24 hours of receipt. Only in the case of damaged and/or incorrect items being received will Willen Limited be responsible for any postage costs incurred by the Customer to return the goods and in the result of an exchange, the despatch of new products. All goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund. If you want to return your purchase, you will be responsible for any postage charges incurred to return the goods and in the case of a refund, you will only be refunded the original cost of the products. Please note - if you have enjoyed free postage, a surcharge of a maximum of £5.00
will be taken from the refund amount .
All items returned to Willen Limited must be, where possible, returned in their original packaging and arrive back to Willen Limited in a perfect, saleable condition. Please note that we do not refund/exchange DVD's if the outer seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty.

If your item is not available from stock, we will order it and advise the approximate delivery date.
