Prices & Payments
The prices of the products on our website are given in pounds sterling only. Delivery (if applicable) and VAT (Charged at the current rate) are added during the checkout process. Online payments are processed securely either through PayPal or Sagepay (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro).
All items on our website are offered subject to availability. When the order is placed, the Customer declares that they accept the order, together with these General Terms of Sale. Once the order has been confirmed, a detailed acknowledgement of the order is sent to the Customer at the e-mail address provided during the checkout process.
This acknowledgement specifies the products ordered, exact amount invoiced and details of delivery, and implies acceptance of the order placed and confirms the transaction, subject to payment being received.
If an item is unavailable we will inform you when we expect it back in stock and shall either place the product(s) on back order or offer you a refund.
In the event of non-payment of by the Customer, Willen Limited reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever the nature or state of progress. If Willen Limited receives a notification of rejected bank payment we reserve the right to charge £5.00 to cover any additional banking charges Willen Limited may incur.
The Customer shall benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee regarding product conformity.
In the event of non-conformity of the product, in particular due to an anomaly or an error in the delivered references, the Customer can choose to return the product to the Vendor and be reimbursed.
Return shipping costs will be reimbursed by Willen Limited on request by the Customer.
The Customer may contact us by e-mail as regards any claim.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Customers have a period of 30 days from the date of order to return the product(s) received at their own expense for refund, all items returned will be subject to a £5.00 restocking charge. Please note – the items must be in perfect condition so please ensure the item(s) is suitably packaged.
The reimbursement will be made by the method of payment that the Customer originally used to purchase good through our website. Willen Limited is not liable for postage costs of any returns or exchanges.

Willen Limited is not liable for any items that are lost in the post and will not be able to process a claim on your behalf. Please ensure that any returns are sent with sufficient postage.
When you use any service through our website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by return e-mail. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.
